Is Personal Health Inspector a medical provider?

No. Personal Health Inspector is not a doctor's office, clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. It's an organizational tool. Always talk to a licensed healthcare professional about medical decisions.

Can Personal Health Inspector diagnose medical conditions?

No. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing in the app — including the Health Inspector Assistant — should be treated as medical advice. It only helps you organize and keep track of information you already have.

Can I track my medications?

Yes. You can record medications, doses, and schedules, and set refill reminders so you know when a prescription is running low. The Basic plan supports a limited number of active medications; Plus and Family plans support unlimited medications.

Can I track appointments?

Yes. You can add appointments with providers, locations, and notes, and (on Plus and Family) set up recurring appointments and save prep notes or questions ahead of a visit.

Support & notification expectations

Email reminders

Appointment, medication, and preventive-care reminders are sent to the email address on your account when they come due, based on the lead time you set.

SMS reminders

If you add a phone number and turn on text notifications in Settings, you'll also receive reminders by SMS. SMS is optional and off by default.

Support response time

Messages sent through our Contact page are reviewed by our team and answered by email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, though actual response times can vary.

If a notification doesn't arrive

Delivery can occasionally fail or be delayed — a provider outage, a full inbox, or a carrier issue with SMS. Every reminder sent (or attempted) is recorded in your notification history, so you can check what actually went out.
